It’s not selfish. It’s important! When you’re feeling stressed or run down it’s best to remember to show yourself some love to get the most out of your life, what you can offer to others and how much energy you can put into your daily tasks and your dreams!

- Drink Tea – Curl up with a good book – Meditate – Take a bath -Yoga – Dance – Eating nourshing food – Journal – Create – Do a face or hair mask – Mindful Breathing, just be for even just a minute – Go on an artists date – Connect with like minded people

- washing the car – mani + pedi – checking blogs that make you happy – gym – drinking lots of water! – eating nuticious food – “me-dates” – bubble baths + glass of wine – picnics – coffee dates – PLUS MORE.
Self-care does not only have to be on your own, if spending time with others (not work related!) always helps you to unwind, then show yourself some love and get into self-care today! Also, these activities don’t have to cost much.. they don’t even have to cost anything at all! Just simple things that brighten you up, soothe your soul and completely shift your energy levels for the better.
